A moment of silence. In memoriam of Kobe and Gigi Bryant. Here is an 8-minute, 24-second episode to honor the passing of Kobe and Gigi as well as those also on the helicopter. Silence can be powerful, especially in the face of overwhelming loss. Let’s remember him not only as a legendary athlete but also as a loving father and an amazing creator, thinker, writer, filmmaker, and even podcast producer. He inspired millions of lives both on and off the court; much of the basketball I love today has been shaped by watching his intensity and passion as a 7-year old kid. It was amazing to see his growth and his love for life, basketball, family reaching far after his retirement from the NBA and gave me giant dreams for my own life. For many others, I’m sure you’ve had different experiences involving Kobe or what impact he might've had for you.

I hoped everyone could take this episode to appreciate Kobe’s impact, the joy he brought you as a Kobe fan, or even to just quietly appreciate those you have in your own lives.
